Our Migration to Roswell Begins
No lie, we've been keeping super busy around here. In spite of our efforts to not grow too fast, it's happening anyway as we steadily acquire additional airframes, parts inventories, and expand our services. So rather than fight it, we're proud to announce we're breaking ground on our new hangar on April 4th, 2017.
The Roswell International Air Center (RIAC) and surrounding community have already been so welcoming to us over the past few years. Add in the extra ramp space, the naturally dry and ideal environment, the space we've been using, and expanding to Roswell just makes sense.
It has taken some extra work to get to this point and we again extend our gratitude to the city of Roswell for helping us see this vision come to life. This may not be the biggest hangar, but it is the first significant upgrade in our facilities so we may continue to grow for years to come. We are fully committed to becoming the finest supplier of commercial aircraft parts, specializing in hard-to-find parts so you can keep your planes off the ground.
Please join us at the public groundbreaking ceremony for the new hangar on Tuesday, April 4th at 4 p.m. The construction site is located at 32 W. Challenger St., between the Federal Aviation Administration facilities and AV Flight Service hangars. Our owner Isaac Sheets and Mayor Dennis Kintigh will be speaking and we look forward to RIAC Interim Director Scott Stark joining us as well.
Though we are shifting our headquarters to Roswell, we will continue to maintain our facilities in Tucson.
Lisa Dunlap of the Roswell Daily Record was kind enough to write about us on April 1st, 2017. Her article can be found here.
